Royal Icing Sugar Cookie Care

Consume within 3 days of receiving for peak freshness.

Do not refrigerate – it will dry the cookies out.

Store in a sealed bag or airtight container.

Freeze for up to 3 months in an airtight container if needed.

To thaw, leave at room temp in the sealed container to prevent condensation.

Handle with care – the icing, especially detailed lines, can be fragile.
Cake Care

Always carry the cake box from the bottom only – never the sides or top.

Avoid any bumps or sudden stops when traveling with your cake.

Keep cake and box flat and level during transport and display.

Store cake in the refrigerator until ready to display or serve. You can leave it in the box to prevent damage.

Remove cake from fridge 1–2 hours before serving to come to room temp.

Avoid direct sunlight and heat at all times. Your cake will melt if left in heat or direct sun.

Keep the AC on while transporting.

Remove non-edible decorations before serving.

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.

Do not set any objects on top of your cake box as this can cause damage.
Cupcake Care

Cupcakes are best enjoyed within 24 hours for optimal taste.

Always transport and store flat and level – sudden bumps can cause tipping!

Use an air-conditioned vehicle and drive slowly to avoid damage.

Keep away from direct sunlight, heat, and moisture.

Store leftovers in an airtight container.

For standard cupcakes with standard buttercream icing, leave cupcakes on counter at room temperature.

For cupcakes contain cream cheese or perishable fillings store cupcakes in fridge

Do not set any objects on top of your cake box as this can cause damage.

When removing cupcakes from box, it is best to deconsruct the box and lower cupcake insert for easy access to cupcakes.
